• Led the migration of a 40-service fleet to Kubernetes
• Cut deploy time from 35 min to 6
• Zero downtime over the 3-month rollout - Full answer
At my last role I owned the platform migration. I started by mapping dependencies, then moved services in
risk order, pairing each move with a rollback plan. The result was a 6-minute deploy and no customer-facing
incidents during the rollout. - STAR
Situation: a slow, fragile deploy pipeline.
Task: cut deploy time without risking uptime.
Action: migrated in risk order with rollbacks. Result: 6-minute deploys, zero incidents. - Technical
Blue-green deploys behind an ingress controller.
Health checks gate traffic shift; HPA on p95 latency.

Built to stay out of the shot
Dertos AI uses your operating system's content protection, so the overlay and the Settings window don't show up in screen shares, recordings or screenshots.
Drag the handle or use the arrow keys. Left: your screen with the overlay. Right: what a screen share shows.
Hidden from screen share and recordings.
OS-level content protection keeps the overlay and Settings out of shared screens and captures.
No Dock icon, no menu-bar icon.
Hide Dertos AI from the Dock and ⌘-Tab. The menu-bar icon is off by default.
Normal cursor.
Your pointer stays a regular arrow over the overlay. No hand cursor to give it away on a shared screen.
Click-through mode.
Clicks pass through the gaps to the app underneath. Toggle with ⌘⇧T.
Your data stays local.
Sessions, documents and screenshots stay on your computer. Keys are encrypted with your Keychain.
Offline mode.
Run fully offline with Whisper and Ollama. Nothing leaves your machine.
Good to know: macOS always shows its own microphone and screen-recording indicators, and no app can hide them. System file pickers can't be hidden either. In the Chrome web app, share a single tab or window, never your entire screen.
Friendly errors: every problem shows one clear fix button, and details go to a local log file, never the screen.
